The Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is one of eleven new Councils since the Government reform of the 26 existing Councils in 2015. It is geographically the largest of the eleven however has the smallest population with approximately 115,000 people. It delivers a range of public services including waste management and recycling, street cleansing, recreation, sport and leisure services, culture and arts facilities and events also tourism and economic development and regeneration as well as community and good relations support.

Project

The Fermanagh and Omagh District Council introduced a new logistics CRM system for the route collection of waste management throughout council area. The new CRM system created 92 unique collection routes. The council was faced with designing, printing, collating, and enveloping 50,000 letters matching names and addresses to specific calendar types. As each geographical area had collections on different days there were several variations of calendar and letter type.

Result
